AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE
Read this carefully before submitting your order.
Did you know that upon sending an order over the internet you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase that which you have ordered?
This means that you are legally bound to pay for the items and services for which you have sent an order. Your totals are indicated on the payment and confirmation page and are there for you to check before you send the order to us for processing. If you decide for whatever reason NOT to complete your order, do not submit the form.
If you wish to verify our shipping or return policies please read the sections below. Our prices are shown in US currency.
RETURN POLICIES
We have a Limited Return Policy
No returns accepted unless the item is defective or has
been shipped in error by us.
Please call or e-mail us regarding the problem within 15 days
of invoice date and we will advise you how best to ship the product back
and to confirm your credit card account credit.
No returns on used tools.

Payment must be received prior to shipping
for items ordered via this website. No personal cheques or money orders will be accepted
as payment for items ordered via this website.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping via US Postal service and
affiliated services.
Shipping by courier only upon request.
It is our aim to ship orders within 72 hours of receipt.
You will be contacted as soon as possible when an item is "Out of
Stock", and you then have an option to cancel the item, substitute
another item or have the item placed on "Back Order" to be shipped
when it does come in. We do not, as rule, ship your order until we have
had a response from you regarding what you wish done in this circumstance.
However if we do not get a response from you within the 72 hours we do
go ahead and ship the order and include a note regarding the item’s absence
from the shipment.
Once your order has been pulled, packed and invoiced you will receive an e-mail letting you know when it was shipped. Express Mail should arrive within 1-2 days, Priority Mail within 3-4 days and first class within 4-5 days. If your package does not arrive within the expected time please contact us so that we can give you the tracking number, and see where the Post Office says your package should be. A paper copy of your invoice will be included with your shipment.
